Package Your Device
Safely place the Time Timer® and all original components into a shipping box to prevent damage during transit.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it, and securely attach it to the outside of your package.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned unit, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
